Fracture Imperial India Pale Ale
ABV% 9.1 IBU 115
Brewed with Centennial Citra, Columbus & Simcoe Hops, then dry hopped twice for aroma. Nice resin notes on the nose, earthy pine and cedar and musty caramel. Flavour profile is much the same as the nose, with the resinous hop notes, the eathy pine and cedar coming through with a solid bitter citrus rind lingering. Medium bodied, smooth and quite dry on the finish. A solid DIPA, and super stoked to have finally have access to it locally.
